Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
Due to the impact of coronavirus globally we will provide all customers for the B&I Lions Tour of South Africa with regular updates as to how it may effect your travel and event attendance.
You will receive a full refund for your tickets.
We will contact you to let you know the new event dates. Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event
Ordering Your Tickets
Yes, the quantity of seats purchased on one order selection will be seated together.
The seats provided will be in the same section as per your confirmed order. Please check your
confirmation email and the stadium map on the event page to view the location within the venue.
All confirmed orders are final and you will receive the tickets as per your order in time for the event.
We accept your local currency via all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard or American
Express. For local South African residents there is also the option for secure direct bank transfer
via Ozow.
As part of our guarantee all transactions are secure and we use SSL on our advanced ticketing
platform.
Receiving Your Tickets
We deliver tickets using a secure overnight tracked postage service provided by Aramex. Tickets
will be shipped no later than 7 days before the event date & much earlier where possible. In the
unlikely case that there is an issue with the postal service your tickets will be made available for
collection from our collection point. Please ensure your mailing & email address are accurate. If
you have not received your tickets by this time, please get in touch with our friendly customer
support staff via the ‘Contact Us’ page.
We deliver tickets using secure tracked international service provided by DHL. Tickets will be
shipped no later than 14 days before the event date & much earlier where possible. In the unlikely
case that there is an issue with the postal service your tickets will be made available for collection
from our collection point. Please ensure your mailing & email address are accurate. If you have not
received your tickets by this time, please get in touch with our friendly customer support staff via
the ‘Contact Us’ page.
There is no need to worry. All confirmed orders delivery is guaranteed in time for the event. If in the
circumstance you have not received your tickets prior to your travel date we will make
replacements available at our box office collection point in the city where the fixture is to take
place.
Cancellation Questions
All confirmed orders are final. Once the tickets have been allocated to you it is not possible for us
to resell the tickets therefore we are not able to cancel your order.
Where possible we may be able to upgrade your tickets however this will incur additional charges
and is subject to availability.
